Eternal Flame is the student-run magazine of West Texas A&M University, continuing the legacy of Le Mirage, WT's yearbook published until 1991. Our name honors the flame built by the WTAMU Alumni Association in 1966, a symbol of the University's enduring quest for knowledge and of the spirit that rebuilt Old Main after fire destroyed the original campus building in 1914. Like the University itself, we believe in perseverance and cooperation, and we exist to preserve the people and events that make WT what it is, one issue at a time.
